Today the World Health Organization announced that the terrible Swine Flu Pandemic that was going to kill zillions of unsuspecting, non- vaccinated people around the world – had fizzled out!
Over the past 14+ months unimaginable amounts of money have been spent by world governments to acquire and stockpile the vaccine against this terrible virus. Needless to say the Pharmaceutical Companies who manufactured these vaccines have been rolling in the big bucks! (Can anyone say profiteering ?)
Countries ordered vast amounts of the vaccine, intending that entire populations be vaccinated. Of course many people refused the vaccination, after doing their own research, even against doctors’ orders. This of course, meant that (a) stockpiled vaccines sitting in cupboards reached their use by date! And (b) in many cases governments cancelled their outstanding orders with the pharmaceutical companies – how sad!
One wonders how many health care workers refused to be vaccinated.? Fear of side effects and doubts over efficacy were the two main reasons cited.
What do you do with a stockpile of unused and unwanted vaccines?
BNET tells us: Another possibility that will actually help the drug companies is countries not needing their stockpile trying to transfer it to other poorer ones. The World Health Organization (WHO) is helping organize this movement. This plan is moving slowly though as recipient countries need to prove to WHO that they are able to store and transport the vaccine as necessary. These requirements are sometimes more than a less developed country is able to meet hindering the provision of vaccine.
Did you know?
Some in fact are accusing WHO and the drug makers of conspiring to create a sense of urgency with the swine flu. This would lead to increased demand and profits for the drug companies. This is denied by the WHO and would seem to be quite a stretch.
In March 2010, it is reported that the Australian Government announced that it had sent 600,600 doses of Panvax to Laos – the first batch of 2.1 million doses to support developing countries in the region.
I suspect Australia is not much different than the rest of the world. The federal government spent $120 million last year on 21 million doses of Panvax. About seven million doses have been distributed so far, as well as more than 241,000 prefilled syringes for use in children younger than three. The vaccine has a shelf life of 12 months.
So we can all stop worrying now that the OINK (maybe I should call it the GRUNT crisis?) crisis is officially over?
Come on people, let’s get real. The pharmaceutical interests have a vaccine they want to push. They are not simply going to flush it all down the sewer. (Maybe put it in the water supply with the fluoride?)
The 2010-11 Influenza Season is upon us – so those in ‘the know’ – them with a need to push a product etc, have merely included the H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine, into a blend with the seasonal influenza vaccine your Government INSISTS you need for your own protection…… sounds a tad Orwellian me thinks.
The three strain vaccine, (made by CSL) which included the H1N1 strain, was suspected of causing hundreds of children to suffer febrile convulsions in Australia earlier this year.
According to the Australian Government Health line: It should be noted that influenza itself often causes fever in young children which can lead to febrile convulsions and that all flu vaccines can cause this side effect which, if handled properly, is usually short lived. (emphasis mine)
Excuse me but this seems to be saying THEY know that kiddies can, and some will have febrile convulsions after being immunized, but that OK, because they are usually short lived! Callus Swine’s! Remember Ashley Epapara?
There were far too many kiddies having this kind of reaction with the triple influenza vaccination, that for children under 5 years of age, vaccination was suspended. Immunize Australia now says: The use of seasonal influenza vaccine for children five years and under was temporarily suspended on 23 April 2010. The suspension of use of 2010 trivalent influenza vaccine for healthy children less than 5 years of age can now be lifted, provided the trivalent influenza vaccine (TIV) to be used is either Vaxigrip® or Influvac®.
The end of the pandemic does not mean that H1N1 swine flu has gone away. It’s likely that the virus still poses a risk to pregnant women and infants. It’s not yet clear whether older children and young adults will continue to be at highest risk of severe H1N1 disease.
And because flu can be a serious disease, the WHO and the CDC recommend getting the seasonal flu vaccine. The vaccine for the 2010-2011 season includes the H1N1 swine flu virus, as well as the type A H3N2 and type B viruses.
Children aged 6 months to 8 years who have not been vaccinated against H1N1 will need two doses of the new seasonal vaccine, given at least four weeks apart.
Be prepared for the propaganda – the Government Manure to flow
In the USA it is the job of the CDC to terrorize the population with statements containing the number of people who will die each year without influenza vaccination.
The CDC’s Figure of 100 Influenza Deaths a Day Is Flawed, but That Doesn’t Stop People From Spreading It
Though the swine flu captured the world’s attention, its total confirmed death toll of fewer than 100 people so far provided a point of comparison that many health experts couldn’t resist: Garden-variety seasonal flu kills that many people each day in the U.S. alone.
That’s according to Ted Epperly, president of the American Academy of Family Physicians, which is among many groups that cite an estimate from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention scientists that flu causes or contributes to an average of 36,000 deaths each year. “This is no little deal,” Dr. Epperly says. “I don’t want people to think, ‘Oh my gosh, we just avoided this bullet with swine flu,’ when every day influenza kills 100 people.”
But a bullet, it turns out, may never have left the barrel. According to the CDC’s own numbers, influenza was listed as the underlying cause on just 849 death certificates in 2006, the most recent year available — half as many as hernias and a quarter the number killed by peptic ulcers. This number has been flat in recent decades even as the CDC’s much larger estimates of annual flu deaths have been increasing.
This discrepancy in death counts highlights a fundamental, and possibly unavoidable, flaw in national health surveillance. The CDC tallies the toll of diseases and injuries using death certificates, but these often are filled out by harried physicians with incomplete information. “Sometimes they’re not going to know,” says Robert Anderson, the chief of mortality statistics for the CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics. “Sometimes they may need to guess. Sometimes they’re not willing to guess.”
The resulting death counts are often unreliable……
I myself have questioned the so called ‘recorded’ number of deaths attributed to influenza in Australia. According to an article in The Age: Every year in Australia, flu typically causes about 2500 deaths.
Yet look at the actual Government statistics and you find this (for 2008):
In 2008, Pneumonia (J12-J18) accounted for 1,704 of the 1,742 registered deaths due to Influenza and pneumonia (J10-J18), or 1.2% of all registered deaths in Australia.
I do wonder if in fact, every person who got a dose of the flu recently was automatically registered as having swine flu? (It makes the figures look good – or bad, depending on your interpretation.) The Government, The CDC, WHO and the medical profession, plus the media in general, created a panicky public, who all expected to be seriously ill and possibly on a death bed, if they coughed, sneezed, ached and ran a fever – symptoms of all influenza patients!
I am not being condescending or at all uncaring to those who did have a bad reaction to this novel virus, I am merely trying to say that perhaps, as with many other things, the facts and figures were manipulated.
It is important to do your own research, read papers, ask questions, take advice.
Keep your body as healthy as possible, and eat nourishing foods. Vitamin D is being shown as essential especially in the winter months. This is a MUST READ on vitamin D and influenza. And when you have read that one – read THIS ONE.
If you get a dose of the flu – a virus, go to bed, take copious amounts of vitamins C, don’t share your germs, and rest up – allow your body to kill the virus naturally…… vaccines are toxins, avoid them where you can.
